Annual Stockholders Meeting

Rang-ay Bank held its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on May 30, 2026, at its Head Office in San Fernando City, La Union, where management reported on the bank’s 2025 performance and elected the Board of Directors.
Celebrating its 70th year, the bank reaffirmed its commitment to rural development, with significant support for mSMEs and agriculture. It achieved record-high deposits across its 32 branches and expanded its network through the opening of its San Carlos, Pangasinan Branch and the relocation of its Dingras (I.N.) & La Trinidad (B) Branches.
Key achievements included Laoag Branch being recognized as Top 1 Taxpayer in the public market, Luna (LU) Branch ranking Top 2 in Western Union remittances, and the Bank’s national award from SSS as the best collecting partner bank. Chairman Ives Nisce thanked shareholders and other stakeholders; highlighting the bank’s sustained position for their continued support, as the No. 1 bank in its class in the Ilocos and Cordillera Regions.
