Celebrating Service and Leadership: Rotary PDG Rudy Nisce Foundation

On May 19, 2026, the Rotary PDG Rudy Nisce Foundation, Inc. held it’s annual meeting at Thunderbird Resort Poro Point, San Fernando, La Union, led by Rotary Club President Alvin Dumuk & Foundation President PP Jun Mangaoang who shared inspiring messages on the Foundation’s continued commitment to education and community impact.

Dedicated to the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self,” the Foundation was established in honor of Rotary’s first District Governor from La Union, who also happens to be Rang-ay Bank’s first President, Atty. Rodolfo M. Nisce.

The gathering ended with gratitude and optimism for the Foundation’s continuing mission for education of our youth
