Banking Leaders Gather in Baguio City for RBAP Roadshow

The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) headed by President Atty. Patrick Bryan Absin, successfully held the Angel Network Roadshow for Regions 1, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), II, and III on May 07 and 08, 2026, at Venus Parkview Hotel in Baguio City. The two-day event brings together countryside bankers to encourage collaboration in rural development. Regions 1, II, III & CAR are home to 128 rural banks, part of around 400 rural banks across the country. Attending for Rang-ay Bank were Director Niña Francisca T. Palabay and Director Marlyn M. Ubaldo.

Rang-ay Bank President & CEO Ives Jesus C. Nisce II served as a speaker on Day 2 of the event, sharing insights on growing the banking business and strengthening the sector. Other speakers include Atty. Roberto Figueroa and Ms. Anna Marie Lagman from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Mr. Niño Ray Villanueva from Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).
