Financial Literacy Briefing Empowers TODA Members in Rosales, Pangasinan

A Financial Literacy briefing was conducted for the Rizal-2 TODA of Rosales by the Rang-ay Bank team, led by Joey Dingle, Area Manager; Maria Junissa Tucay, Rosales Branch Manager; Carol Ocampo, Dagupan Branch Manager; and Micah Ashley Sison, Marketing Officer of the Dagupan Cluster. This initiative aimed to help TODA members understand basic financial concepts and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for more effective fund management.
