HEALTH CARE FOR SENIORS OF CANDON (IS)

Rang-ay Bank Candon (Ilocos Sur) Branch celebrated its 24th Anniversary with a donation of medical supplies and vitamins for the Senior Citizens of Brgy. San Antonio, Candon City, Ilocos Sur last March 24, 2021.

The team led by Area Manager for North Branches Rowena Rosales together with Candon Senior Branch Manager Janice Peralta and Marketing Team turned over 10 Blood Pressure Monitors, 10 Weighing Scales, 5 Nebulizers and 80 boxes of Vitamin C to the Federation of Senior Citizens of Candon City. Federation of Senior Citizens President Benito Galdones expressed his gratitude to Rang-ay Bank for the love and care for the senior citizens of Candon City.

Marketing Officer Florence Joy Licudine also conducted a Financial Literacy Training focusing on Scam Prevention and Awareness to educate the seniors on how to detect and prevent scams.

Tubao (La Union) Branch is the first branch to open outside San Fernando City, La Union on November 27, 1982. It is located at No. 1 Verceles St., Poblacion, Tubao, La Union.

Vigan (Ilocos Sur) Branch is the 10th branch of the bank and 7th branch outside La Union. It opened on April 26, 2004 at Galleria de Vigan, Florentino St., Plaza Burgos, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. A total of 9 branches in Ilocos Sur.

Rosales (Pangasinan) Branch formerly located at Petron Square, Carmen Complex, Rosales was inaugurated on October 15, 2009. The new location of the branch is now in Gen. Luna St. Brgy Zone 3, Rosales Pangasinan.

San Juan (La Union) Branch is inaugurated on January 16, 2013 at G/F Public Market, Ili Sur , San Juan La Union. It is the bank’s 25th branch and 10th Branch in the province of La Union.

 

Aringay (La Union) Branch is the 30th and newest branch of the bank. It formally opened last January 14, 2021 as part of the 65th Anniversary Celebration of Rang-ay Bank. The bank has 13 branches in La Union.

 

30TH BRANCH OPENS IN ARINGAY (LA UNION)

As part of the 65th Anniversary celebration, Rang-ay Bank formally inaugurated its Aringay (La Union) Branch last January 14, 2021. The newest branch is located at the ground floor of the town’s new public market in San Benito Sur, Aringay, La Union.

The blessing started with prayers in front of the new branch premises officiated by Rev. Father Frederick Ferrer of St. Lucy Parish Church followed by the cutting of the ceremonial ribbon led by Aringay Vice Mayor Benjamin Sibuma and Dra. Rosita Canlas-Nisce assisted by the bank’s Chairman Ives Nisce and President & CEO Ives Jesus Nisce II with the clients, guests and LGU officials. The bank also turned over the donation of monoblock chairs to the LGU-Aringay received by Market Superintendent Jose Bernal.

Aringay (LU) Branch is the bank’s 30th branch and 13th in the province of La Union. A full service branch with a complete line of banking services. The bank offers safe and secure deposit services, provides affordable loans plus other services like international & local remittances, bills payment and collection of contributions & payout of pensions of SSS.

FACE SHIELDS FOR FRONTLINERS

Through the years, Rang-ay Bank actively extends a helping hand to the community by giving back to the people who have placed their trust in the bank.

Last November 27, 2020, Rang-ay Bank headed by Area Manager for Central Branches Thelma Tabafunda together with Security Officer Reggie Ordoño led a project with the DepED School Division Office-City of San Fernando Disaster Risk Reduction Management (SDO-CSF DRRM) Coordinator Ray Anton Rimas. The bank donated acrylic face shields and T-shirts to DRRM coordinators from different schools in the City of San Fernando, La Union. The turnover was held at Bangbangolan National High School (BNHS), City of San Fernando, La Union. The project aims to provide safety to the DepED Personel in performing their duties and responsibilities to our learners, schools and the community.

As fellow frontliners who serve the people of the countryside, Rang-ay Bank is optimistic that as we diligently follow the health protocols being implemented, we shall overcome this pandemic. The bank also believes that whatever challenges that may come, the spirit of Christmas will always stay.
