INSTAPAY AND PESONET

InstaPay and PESONet are two payment program under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS), a policy and regulatory framework launched by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to establish a safe, efficient, affordable, and reliable retail payment system.
PESONet is an account to account fund transfer service that supports bulk, recurring, non-time sensitive payment transactions; while InstaPay is a new electronic fund transfer service that enables participants to provide real-time, low-value payment transactions, allowing customers and businesses to transfer between accounts, with real-time confirmation of credit to payee.
Instapay & Pesonet is now piloted in San Fernando (La Union) Main Branch. SF branches clients may now directly transfer funds from their Rang-ay Bank accounts to any Commercial Bank, Thrift Bank or Government Bank Account.

ATMs AVAILABLE IN MORE BRANCHES

Rang-ay Bank continues to roll out Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in its branches in the 2nd semester of 2020. The bank partnered with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and Electronic Network Cash Tellers, Inc. (ENCASH) for the ATM installations. This will allow cardholders from rural towns to conveniently access their deposit.
In addition to the five (5) existing ATMs located in Luna (La Union), Bangar (La Union), Bacnotan (La Union), Sta Cruz (Ilocos Sur) and Sta Lucia (Ilocos Sur) Branches, four (4) more ATMs are now accessible at San Fernando Main Branch (La Union), Agoo (La Union), Balaoan (La Union) and in Dingras (Ilocos Norte) Branches which provide 24/7 ATM service.
Rang-ay Bank continues to work hard to provide globally competitive banking services to the countryside and ensure that clients have access to their funds during these critical times. The bank believes that ATMs are essential as they enable the public to have 24/7 access to their finances especially in rural towns. Inter-branch deposit is free of charge with no maximum amount, no maximum number of transactions and can be done by depositors in any Rang-ay Bank Branch. Withdrawals and check encashments through inter-branch can be processed by Account holders in any Rang-ay office for minimal fees. Additionally, inter-office remittance is available to both clients and non-clients as affordable means of transferring money.
