The Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship – Go Negosyo in partnership with the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) invited Rang-ay Bank to be one of the panelist on the Online Kapatid Mentor Micro Enterprise (KMME) held last October 5-7, 2020 via Zoom Teleconference.
In pursuit to the goals of the program, there were forty one (41) mentees who presented their business Improvement Plan. The mentees are now ready to apply newly acquired knowledge in their business and highlighting some operational challenges under the new normal conditions. INSTAPAY AND PESONET
InstaPay and PESONet are two payment program under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS), a policy and regulatory framework launched by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to establish a safe, efficient, affordable, and reliable retail payment system.
PESONet is an account to account fund transfer service that supports bulk, recurring, non-time sensitive payment transactions; while InstaPay is a new electronic fund transfer service that enables participants to provide real-time, low-value payment transactions, allowing customers and businesses to transfer between accounts, with real-time confirmation of credit to payee.
Instapay & Pesonet is now piloted in San Fernando (La Union) Main Branch. SF branches clients may now directly transfer funds from their Rang-ay Bank accounts to any Commercial Bank, Thrift Bank or Government Bank Account.
