Rang-ay Bank Celebrates San Carlos (P) Branch Opening with a Welcome Reception
Following the successful inauguration and blessing of Rang-ay Bank’s newly opened San Carlos (P) Branch, guests were welcomed to a reception held at Kabaleyan Cove Resort in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on February 18, 2026. The gathering brought together clients, partners and local officials in a warm celebration of the branch’s launch.
