The Ilocos Region’s most hardworking bank is now officially a certified member of the Philippine Electronic Fund Transfer & System Operations Network (PESONet). Dedicated to improve financial services, Rang-ay Bank makes available an even more affordable and accessible channel to transfer funds to the people of Ilocos and Cordillera Region.

PESONet is a new electronic fund transfer service that enables customers of participating banks, e-money issuers or mobile money operators to transfer funds in Philippine Peso currency to another customer of other participating banks. It supports secure online bank-to-bank nationwide fund transfer without limit, same day transaction; thus saving a lot of time for clients instead of lining up on queues for over-the-counter transactions with their commercial bank.

Rang-ay Bank clients of any branch in the six (6) provinces of Ilocos Region and Cordilleras may now transfer funds directly from their deposit account in another bank to their Rang-ay Bank deposit account or from their Rang-ay Bank deposit account to another bank.
