RANG-AY JOINS PANAGBENGA CELEBRATION

Panagbenga is an annual flower festival celebrated every February in Baguio City. The term “Panagbenga” comes from a Kankanaey term meaning “season of blooming”. This festival reflects the history, traditions and values of the people of Baguio and the Cordilleras. ‘’Inspired by Beauty, Nurtured by Nature’’ was the theme of PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL 2017. The annual event is celebrated by thousands of people including tourists from far and nearby provinces as well as the people of Baguio.

One of the activities in the month long festivities was the KAPAMILYA KARAVAN held at the Melvin Jones, Baguio City last March 04, 2017. The Karavan, organized by ABS CBN Regional Network, was a free show hosted and participated by ABS-CBN Star Magic Artists. Rang-ay Bank was one of the major sponsors and helped bring more entertainment to the festival.

Rang-ay Baguio Branch and Head Office Marketing Unit distributed giveaways, calendars, bags and raffle prizes to lucky visitors during the event. The bank sponsorship was a way for the bank to thank the people of Baguio for their support. Rang-ay Baguio Branch is located in the heart of the city in Maharlika Commercial Complex since 1992.
