RANG-AY LAOAG IN PAMULINAWEN FESTIVAL

Rang-ay Bank, Laoag Branch joined the Annual Pamulinawen Festival of Ilocos Norte’s Capital City last February 9, 2017. The festival coincides with the Feast Day of Saint William the Hermit, the city’s Patron Saint. From a simple celebration of the Feast Day of Saint William, the event has since grown into a spectacular festival showcasing the culture and heritage of the city through a variety of social-civic activities including a civic-military parade, a parade of floats, and its centerpiece, the Street Dancing Competition.
