Vigan Seniors Learn the Value of Smart Saving

Rang-ay Bank Vigan Branch visited the Senior Citizen Federated Office of Vigan City last September 13, 2025, to share basic financial concepts tailored for our beloved elders.

The session was led by Area Manager Dennis Dosono, together with Sr. Branch Manager Rolly Rabanal and Marketing Officer Zi Dean. They guided participants in understanding the importance of saving, the benefits of banking, and how to make sound financial decisions in their golden years.
