An orientation was held for new Rang-ay Bankers at Nisce-Querol Building, 3rd Floor on May 09, 2017. Twelve (12) bankers were added to the RBI Family. From Head Office, Bernardo Mipa (Collection Asisstant), Nancy Hipol (IT Associate), Krystel Somera (Accounting Associate), Gliezel Ricanor (Compliance Associate), Ailen Joy Apilado (Deposit Assistant – Main Branch), Ronald Untalan (Deposit Assistant – Main Branch), Lyka Mae Ventura (Deposit Assistant – Agoo), Khim Aries Rosario (C.I./Appraiser – Dagupan), Ma. Junissa De Guzman (Loan Assistant – Dagupan), Rodason Lubina (Deposit Assistant – Tagudin), Shiela Mae Nones (Deposit Assistant – Luna), Rolly Galzote (C.I./Appraiser – Laoag).
Rang-ay Bank Director Jose Osias, officially welcomed and delivered an inspiring message to the new hirees. Sr. Manager for People and Organization Melanie O. De Los Santos, discussed the Personnel and Whistleblower Policies. Bank Consultant and a pioneer Leticia Asenci, gave tips on how to win the client by discussing Customer Service. Sr. I.T. Manager Francis Michael De Los Santos discussed the I.T. Policies followed by Area Manager, South Branches Winnie Mingaracal who also discussed Financial Consumer Protection. Treasury Officer Terry Dane Carolino briefly talked on Deposit Products and Credit Management Officer Kaye Ann Culbengan discussed the Loan Products offered by the bank. Compliance Officer Gloria Alcantara conducted the AMLA Seminar and discussed relevant Banking Laws. After the Seminar, President & CEO Ives Q. Nisce gave the closing remarks.
