Financing of Public Utility Vehicles (PITCO)
Rang-ay Bank conducted a product presentation for the Pan Ilocandia Transport Cooperative (PITCO) on March 28, 2026 at Patac, Sto. Tomas, La Union. PITCO, based in Aringay, La Union, is a transport cooperative composed of over two hundred bus drivers and operators, providing public transport services across La Union and nearby provinces.
The presentors were Senior Branch Manager of Agoo, Marichu Pasag, together with Marketing Officer Shakyla Atluna, Area Manager for South Joey Dingle, and the marketing team. During the presentation, Rang-ay Bank introduced a comprehensive suite of financial products and services tailored to meet the needs of transport operators. These offerings aim to provide financial support for motor vehicle acquisition, maintenance, business expansion, and day-to-day operational requirements of drivers, conductors, and bus operators.
